Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped you can expect delivery within 6-10 business days. Please note shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package at any time.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Delays
FreshRinse is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days please contact us and we will look into it for you.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved reach out to us at freshrinse.support@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
