Refund & Return Policy

At FreshRinse, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a positive experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our store are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental orders, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product. We encourage all customers to read the full product description before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every ceramic berry bowl rinser to ensure it arrives safely. However if your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will be required to provide photo evidence of the damage. If your claim is approved we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly by sending the correct item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

FreshRinse is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order please contact your local carrier directly.
